About the PRO Plan
Weebku PRO is a paid subscription plan that unlocks an unlimited catalog, a Verified badge, removes the "Create your weebku now" watermark, and gives you access to download analytics data as an Excel file.
Payment Process
PRO plan payments are made via manual bank transfer to Weebku's official account, shown when you select a plan. Each order receives a unique amount (the last 3 digits of the price) that must be transferred exactly as shown, so your payment can be verified quickly. Weebku doesn't use a third-party payment gateway to process this transaction.
Payment Deadline
Each order has a 3-hour payment window from the time it's created. If that window passes without confirmation, the order automatically expires and you'll need to create a new one.
Payment Verification
After transferring, you're required to submit proof of payment (a screenshot) along with the transfer channel via the Confirm Payment button. Our team will review it and manually activate your PRO plan, usually within 1x24 hours on business days.
Validity and Renewal
A PRO plan is valid for the duration you chose (1 month or 1 year), starting from when your payment is confirmed by an admin. Once it expires, your account automatically reverts to the FREE plan unless you renew.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Because payments are manual and verified individually, a confirmed PRO plan purchase generally cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the case of an error on Weebku's part or as we otherwise state in writing.
Terms & Conditions Violations
If your account, including a paid PRO Account, is suspended or deleted for violating Weebku's Terms & Conditions, any remaining unused portion of your PRO subscription is non-refundable. See our Terms & Conditions for the full account suspension and termination policy.
