1. Definitions

• Weebku: the bio-link page builder platform we operate, accessible at weebku.com and related subdomains/apps.
• User: anyone who registers and uses a Weebku account, whether on the FREE or PRO plan.
• Page: a User's public bio-link page, accessible at weebku.com/{username}.
• Content: all text, images, video, links, catalog products, and other information a User uploads or enters on their Page.
• PRO Account: a paid subscription that unlocks additional features as described on the Upgrade PRO page.
• Third Party: any service, site, or provider outside Weebku that connects to our service or is linked by a User on their Page.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Weebku in any way, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use Weebku's service.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register on Weebku, you must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country if higher. You must provide a valid, active email address when registering, whether through the registration form or a Google account. One person or entity may hold only one account for reasonable personal use, unless there's a legitimate business need for more.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Contact us right away through our contact page if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. For support or moderation purposes, Weebku's internal team may access your dashboard through a logged internal mechanism, not to change your content without reason, but to help resolve an issue or follow up on a violation report.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the Content you upload to Weebku. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of all Content you upload, including ensuring you hold whatever permission is needed to upload it.

6. License to Weebku

By uploading Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, technically process, display, and distribute that Content, solely for the purpose of operating and properly showing your Page to the public. This license doesn't give us the right to sell your Content or use it outside the context of running Weebku's service, and it ends when you delete that Content or your account is deleted, except for copies still needed for legal compliance or an ongoing dispute.

7. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use Weebku, including the AI generator/chat feature, for:

• Illegal content, scams, or infringement of another party's copyright or intellectual property
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or violent content
• Malware, phishing, or links that endanger visitors
• Pornographic or sexually exploitative content
• Illegal gambling or pyramid/investment fraud schemes
• Spam, or fraudulently manipulating a Page's statistics/analytics
• Attempting to hack, mass-scrape, or disrupt the stability of Weebku's service

8. Impersonation Is Prohibited

We enforce this rule strictly, as a growing number of Users have misused Weebku to impersonate brands, public figures, or organizations. You may not create or operate a Page that:

• Uses the name, logo, or visual identity of another brand, organization, or public figure without their official, written permission
• Falsely claims to be the official representative of a brand or organization
• Is intended to trick visitors into believing the Page is another party's official account, including for fraud, phishing, or the sale of counterfeit goods

If you're genuinely an official representative of a brand, you can apply for our Verified badge, which requires supporting documents to prove your relationship with that brand.

9. Usernames and Public Pages

Usernames are unique and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim or release any username that clearly violates these Terms (for example, impersonating a brand or public figure without authorization) so it can be used by its rightful owner or another party later. Keep in mind that your Page is public: anyone who opens the link can see everything you display on it.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Your Page may contain links to Third-Party sites or services (social media, WhatsApp, marketplaces, and similar) that you add yourself. Weebku doesn't control, isn't responsible for, and doesn't endorse the content, policies, or practices of those Third-Party sites. Visiting those links is at the visitor's own risk. Conversely, Weebku itself relies on a number of Third-Party services to run our features (for example, Google for login and analytics). Use of those services is subject to each provider's own terms and privacy policy.

11. Affiliate Links, Promotions, and Catalog

Weebku provides a feature for adding catalog items, including a convenience that auto-fills product details from a link you paste, including affiliate links from third-party programs (for example, a marketplace's affiliate program). Weebku is not the operator of, or a party to, any affiliate program. You're solely responsible for complying with the terms of whatever affiliate program or marketplace you participate in, including any disclosure obligations that apply. We also don't guarantee the accuracy of product details auto-filled from a third-party link: review and correct them yourself before showing them to the public.

12. Weebku's Intellectual Property

The "Weebku" name, logo, interface design, and this service's source code belong to us and are protected under applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Weebku service (aside from your own Content) without our written permission.

13. The FREE Plan

The FREE plan is the default plan you get when you register, at no cost. It comes with a number of limits, including a cap on active catalog items and a "Create your weebku now" watermark shown on your Page. The full set of limits and how they compare to the PRO plan are shown on the Upgrade PRO page, and may change from time to time.

14. PRO Accounts

A PRO Account is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features as described on the Upgrade PRO page, such as an unlimited catalog, a Verified badge, watermark removal, and access to download analytics data. Payment terms, subscription duration, and the refund policy for PRO Accounts are set out specifically on the PRO Upgrade Terms & Conditions page, which remains an integral part of these Terms.

15. Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

PRO plan payments are currently made via manual bank transfer, verified individually by our team, Weebku doesn't use a third-party payment gateway to process payments. Because of this manual verification, a confirmed PRO plan purchase generally cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the case of an error on Weebku's part or as we otherwise state in writing. 16. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict features, suspend, deactivate, or permanently delete any account, including a paid PRO Account, if the User is found to have violated these Terms, particularly (but not limited to) violations involving impersonation, illegal content, or fraud against other users.

• For a serious violation, or one that risks harming another party, this action may be taken without prior notice.
• For a PRO Account deactivated or deleted due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining unused subscription period is non-refundable, following the refund policy in the PRO Upgrade Terms & Conditions.
• A User who disagrees with a suspension decision may request a review (appeal) through our contact page, though the final decision remains ours.
• These rules apply equally to both FREE and PRO accounts.

17. Content and Data Deletion

You can delete links, photos, videos, or catalog items at any time, on your own, from your dashboard. For full account deletion along with all related data, the process is currently handled by submitting a request to our team through our contact page, there's no automated delete-account button in the dashboard yet, and we'll process your request manually within a reasonable time.

18. Service Availability

Weebku works to keep the service running smoothly but does not guarantee it will always be free of disruptions or errors. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend, change, or remove features at any time for maintenance or development purposes.

19. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Weebku is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties that the service will be error-free, virus-free, or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific needs.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including but not limited to technical disruptions, data loss, or misuse of your Content by third parties. We are also not responsible for Content uploaded by other Users on their own Pages, or for the content or practices of Third-Party sites linked from your Page.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Weebku harmless from any claims, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your unlawful use of the service.

22. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or power outages, government policy, or disruptions to the Third-Party services we rely on to run Weebku.

23. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may change from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page, and we recommend reviewing it periodically.

24. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be pursued through good-faith deliberation between the User and Weebku toward an amicable resolution.
